1999 was an untypical year showing a very hot and rainy summer to offerat the end a balanced year between sweetness and acidity.

Deep gold colour animated by a fi ne effervescence.
Aromas of ripe fruits gently appear then notes of honey. Fruit and spicy notes are well balanced offering a gourmet impression.
Fully developed, on the nose with on lovely intensity.
Ampleness and length sign.

Slowly chill the bottle is an ice bucket and serve at 10°C (50°F).
